Murals require ongoing care, and Henry is renowned for his skill in keeping them intact. Take this one, wrapping around the building and first created in 2018 – its Sasquatches once held octopus tentacles, but after being damaged by graffiti, Henry repainted it.
The vibrant square paintings on the windows are a fresh addition from November 2024.
Have you noticed the new Sasquatch on the roof?

Long ago, in the enchanting forests of the Pacific Northwest, there lived a wise Sasquatch named Kaskah. Known as the Guardian of the Forest, Kaskah had a deep connection with nature and was loved by all the creatures that roamed the woods. His closest friend was Inky, a clever octopus who resided in the nearby ocean.
One sunny day, Kaskah decided to visit the beach to see Inky. As he walked along the shoreline, he admired the waves crashing against the rocks and the seagulls soaring overhead. When he reached the water’s edge, he called out to his friend.
“Inky! Are you here?” he shouted, waving his massive arms.

Inky surfaced, his skin shimmering in the sunlight. “Kaskah! I was hoping you’d come by! There’s something magical happening today,” he exclaimed.
“What is it?” Kaskah asked, intrigued.
“There’s a rare gathering of fish at the coral reef today! It’s said that if you join them, you might discover the secret of the ocean!” Inky replied, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
Kaskah gazed at the vast ocean and felt a longing to experience its wonders. “I would love to join you, but I cannot swim like you do,” he said, looking a bit discouraged.
Inky thought for a moment and said, “I have an idea! I can help you transform into a fish, just for a little while. You’ll be able to swim with the others and explore the reef!”
Kaskah’s eyes widened with excitement. “That sounds amazing! Let’s do it!”
Inky swirled around Kaskah, creating a vibrant cloud of colors. He chanted a magical incantation, and in an instant, Kaskah felt his body change. His massive frame became sleek and silver, his arms transformed into fins, and he could breathe underwater.
“Wow! I’m a fish!” Kaskah exclaimed, his voice bubbling through the water.
Together, they swam toward the coral reef, where schools of colorful fish darted through the water, weaving in and out of the corals. Kaskah was filled with joy as he swam alongside them, marveling at the beauty of the underwater world. He had never experienced anything like it!
As they explored the reef, Kaskah and Inky discovered hidden treasures—shimmering shells, dancing sea anemones, and even a playful dolphin that joined them for a while. They laughed and played, and Kaskah felt a sense of freedom he had never known before.
After a day filled with adventure, Kaskah knew it was time to return to his true form. “Thank you, Inky, for this incredible experience! But I think it’s time I go back to the land,” Kaskah said, feeling grateful.
Inky smiled and swirled around him again, chanting the reversal spell. Kaskah felt himself changing back into his Sasquatch form, emerging from the water with a splash. He stood tall on the beach, his heart full of joy.
“Now that you’ve experienced the ocean, you will always carry a piece of it within you,” Inky said, resting on Kaskah’s shoulder.
From that day on, Kaskah would visit Inky regularly, sharing stories of the forest while listening to tales of the sea. He learned to appreciate both worlds, knowing that his friendship with Inky had opened up a realm of possibilities that bridged the land and the ocean.
And whenever the waves crashed against the shore, Kaskah would smile, remembering the day he became a fish and the wonderful adventures he shared with his octopus friend.
